The Nomo Charms — Our Story

Born from sisterhood. Built for every woman who deserves to shine.

Some things are never planned. Some things simply happen one conversation, one idea, one late night that quietly turns into something beautiful by morning.

That is exactly how the Nomo Charms began.

Nonu and Monu — One Bond, One Name

In our family, there are two sisters. The elder one Srashti, lovingly called Nonu by everyone at home. And the younger one,  Megha, whom everyone knows as Monu.

Nonu-Monu. These are not just nicknames they are our identity. They are the two names through which we understood the world, understood each other, and truly understood ourselves.

So when the time came to name our brand, we did not have to think for very long.

"No"  from Nonu. "Mo"  from Monu. The Nomo Charms one shared dream between two sisters.

The Question That Changed Everything

It was 2024. We were out shopping together looking for affordable jewelry, something pretty and everyday. There was plenty to choose from. Beautiful pieces, reasonable prices. But within a week, every single one had turned dark. Tarnished. Skin irritation. Disappointment.

The shine we had so carefully chosen gone in days.

That is when Monu asked the question that changed the direction of everything 

Is it really not possible for a girl to buy jewelry at ₹500 that stays as beautiful as something worth ₹5,000?

That question was the very first seed of The Nomo Charms.

The Beginning — A Kitchen Table, A Big Dream

We started researching. We studied anti-tarnish technology. We tested materials. We designed, scrapped, and redesigned. Many late nights, many cups of chai, and many honest conversations between two sisters, and slowly, piece by piece, we built something we were truly proud of.

Nonu brought the creative vision, the design sensibility, the aesthetic language, and the ability to look at a charm and feel the story it could tell. Monu brought the strategy, the business mind, the brand thinking, and the unwavering belief that quality and affordability do not have to be opposites.

Together, we were a complete team.

And together, we built The Nomo Charms.
