📦 Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favourite pieces to cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery. Simple and easy!
Will I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications are possible only before the order is dispatched. Please contact us at thenomocharms@gmail.com immediately after placing the order. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible. Please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting orders?
Absolutely! For bulk orders of 10 pieces or more, we offer special pricing and custom packaging. Email us at thenomocharms@gmail.com with your requirements and we will respond within 24 hours.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India. During festive seasons, please allow 1–2 extra days.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of just ₹49 is applied at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email. You can use it to track your package in real time on the courier's website.
Do you deliver all across India?
Yes! We deliver to all cities, towns, and pin codes across India — from metros to the smallest towns.
My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry if this happened! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Do you ship internationally?

What is anti-tarnish jewellery?
Anti-tarnish jewellery is specially treated to resist oxidation and discolouration. It stays shiny and gold-looking for much longer than regular jewellery and won't turn green, black, or dull with everyday wear.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is water resistant and can handle daily activities like washing hands and light sweat. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, swimming pools, or harsh chemicals like perfumes and sanitisers to maintain its shine.
Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! Our jewellery is nickel-free and skin-friendly, making it suitable for most people with sensitive skin. If you have a specific metal allergy, please contact us before purchasing and we will guide you.
How long will the gold plating last?
With proper care, our anti-tarnish gold plated jewellery can last 1–2 years or more with daily wear. Longevity depends on how well you store and care for it.
Do the products look exactly like in the photos?
We ensure our product photos are true to life. There may be a slight colour variation due to different screen settings and lighting, but the product you receive will match the description and quality shown.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at thenomocharms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps. Please do not ship anything back without our confirmation.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.
Can I exchange my order for a different item?
Yes! We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the new item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. Contact us and we will make it easy for you.
What if I received a wrong or defective item?
We sincerely apologise! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the wrong or defective item. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery on selected pin codes.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely! Our website uses SSL encryption (HTTPS) and all payments are processed through trusted, RBI-approved payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available on selected pin codes across India. You will see this option at checkout. Prepaid orders are processed faster and given priority dispatch.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
Don't worry! If payment was deducted but the order wasn't placed, the amount is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank. If it takes longer, contact us with your transaction ID and we will help resolve it immediately.
✨ Jewellery Care
How should I store my jewellery?
Store your jewellery in the box or pouch it came in, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Keep pieces separately to avoid scratching. A cool, dry place is ideal.
Can I wear my jewellery while bathing or swimming?
We recommend removing your jewellery before bathing, swimming, or entering a pool or the sea. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, and saltwater can reduce the life of the plating.
Can I wear my jewellery while applying perfume or lotion?
Remember — jewellery goes on last! Apply your perfume, lotion, and hairspray first, let them dry, and then wear your jewellery. Chemicals in these products can dull the shine over time.
How do I clean my jewellery?
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe your jewellery after each wear. This removes sweat and oils that cause tarnishing. Avoid using harsh chemicals, tissue paper, or toothbrushes as they can scratch the surface.
My jewellery has lost its shine. Can I restore it?
Yes! Gently wipe it with a soft microfibre cloth. For a deeper clean, use a very mild soap solution, clean gently, rinse quickly, and pat dry immediately. Do not soak the jewellery in water.
