Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, WhatsApp or email us at care@thenomocharms.com with your name and payment details. We will manually verify your order within 2 hours and send your confirmation.
Yes. Card saving is handled entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay / PayU), not by us. They are PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and your card details are encrypted and tokenised. We never see or store your card number at any point.
We do not currently support split payments across two methods in one transaction. However, if you have store credit in your Nomo account, you can combine it with any payment method — UPI, card, or wallet — at checkout.
At the checkout page, you will see a "Discount Code" or "Gift Card" field. Enter your code and click Apply before completing your payment. The discount will be reflected in your order total immediately.
Please contact us immediately at care@thenomocharms.com with your bank statement screenshot. We will investigate and initiate a refund for the duplicate charge within 24 hours.
