  • Items that tarnished within 30 days of delivery

    Not Eligible for Return

    Personalised or engraved items (unless defective or wrong initial)

    • Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use

    • Items returned without original packaging and anti-tarnish pouch

    • Tarnishing caused by improper care (perfume contact, harsh chemicals)

    • Sale or discounted items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

    • Items received in damaged or broken condition

    • Wrong item delivered (different from what you ordered)

    • Item with a manufacturing defect (broken clasp, bent charm, etc.)

    • Unused, unworn items in original packaging within 7 days

    • Items that caused skin irritation (with photo proof)

Send clear photos or a short video of the item and original packaging.

Ship It Back
We send a return label. Pack securely and hand it to our pickup agent.

Day 0 Return Request
You contact us with your return request
WhatsApp or email us at thenomocharms@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the item, and your reason for return. We respond within 4 hours on business days

Day 1 Approval
Return approved & pickup scheduled
Once we review your photos and approve the return, we schedule a pickup from your address completely free of charge.

Day 2–4 Transit
Item is shipped back to our studio
Our courier partner picks up the item from your address and delivers it back to our studio. You receive a tracking link so you can monitor the return shipment in real time.

Day 5 Quality Check
We receive and inspect the returned item
Our team carefully inspects the returned piece to confirm it matches the original condition and return reason. This quality check is completed within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Day 5–7 Refund Initiated
Refund processed to your original payment method
Once approved, your refund is initiated immediately to your original payment method UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or bank account. The amount typically reflects within 3–5 additional bank working days, depending on your bank.

Special Cases
Exceptions You Should Know About

Personalised / Engraved Items
Items with your initial or custom engraving cannot be returned unless we delivered the wrong initial or the item is defective. In those cases, we offer a free replacement with priority shipping.

Gift Orders
If you received a Nomo Charms piece as a gift and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us with the original order ID (the gifter can share this). We will process the exchange or issue store credit to the recipient.

Anti-Tarnish Claims
If your piece tarnishes within 30 days of purchase, we consider it a product defect and will replace it free of charge. Please share photos of the tarnishing and your order details. Claims after 30 days are assessed individually.

FAQs
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. For all eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at absolutely no cost to you. Simply pack the item securely, and our courier partner will pick it up from your doorstep. Return shipping is always on us.

I lost the original packaging. Can I still return?
The original anti-tarnish pouch and gift box must be included for standard returns. However, if your item is damaged or defective, please contact us regardless; we will assess it on a case-by-case basis and try our best to help you.

How do I know if my return request has been approved?
You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp and email within 4 hours of submitting your return request on business days. The message will include your return approval, the prepaid label, and pickup details.

Can I exchange for a higher-priced item?
Yes. If you wish to exchange for an item of higher value, simply pay the difference at checkout. We will send you a secure payment link for the balance amount and dispatch your new piece as soon as the return is received at our studio.

My item broke within a week of wearing it. Is this covered?
Absolutely. Any manufacturing defect, including broken clasps, bent charms, or chain breakage under normal wear, is fully covered by our return policy. Please share photos, and we will send a replacement within 24–48 hours of approval, no return required.

I ordered the wrong initial. Can I exchange it?
If the wrong initial was our error, we will replace it immediately at no cost. If you selected the wrong initial at checkout, we can still try to help please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched. Post-dispatch exchanges for self-selected initials are assessed individually.
